* Identify key aspects of applying gradients to mesh objects.

* Identify steps to trace a raster image using Live Trace.

* Identify features of the Character palette and Area Type tools.

*Identify key aspects of wrap text and styles.

* Match transformation tools with their
descriptions.

* Sequence the steps to create color separation.

* Identify key aspects of print specifications.

* Identify features of slices.

* Identify key features of drawing and manipulating shapes.

* Identify features of the Color and Swatches palettes.

* Identify features of the Layers palette.

* Sequence the steps to create gradients using the Gradient palette and apply transparency to objects using the Transparency palette.

* Sequence the steps to create pattern swatches.

* Sequence the steps to (1) create a path using the Pencil tool and Pen tool; (2) join paths using the Average and Join commands; (3) create a Compound path and Clipping mask; (4) insert text in an illustration.

* Sequence the steps to apply a warp envelope to an object.

* Sequence the steps to extrude and bevel an object to create a 3D effect.

* Identify features of filters, effects, graphic styles and color management.

* Sequence the steps to create a hyperlink & to optimize graphics for the Web.
